Equine marked as "Not for Sale"

Searching the National Equine ChipChecker has returned a microchip which has a "Not for Sale" status marked against it. What should I do?

If you have searched for a microchip on the ChipChecker and see a status which is marked as "Not for Sale" it means that the current owner using the Digital Stable has indicated that this equine should not be for sale or not sold for any reason.

Information for buyers

You should be very wary about buying this equine. The owner of this equine has specifically told the CED and Digital Stable that they have no intention of selling this equine.
