What to do if Digital Stable displays you an equine that doesn't belong to you

When your Digital Stable account has been created it will display all the records from the Central Equine Database (CED) that match your verified name and address

You may be shown more equines than you think you own

This can happen if CED's records of those wrongly-displayed equines haven't been updated with their correct ownership details

This typically happens for one of two reasons:

  1. An equine has been sold and the passport issuing organisation (PIO) hasn't updated their records with the new owner's details

2. The new owner hasn't informed the PIO of the purchase of an equine

In the Digital Stable you can mark the equine as "not mine" and it will no longer appear in your Digital Stable
