You should contact each Passport Issuing Organisation (PIO) involved and decide with them which is the ‘Lead’ or ‘Originating’ PIO.

Once that has been agreed, you will need to cancel the other passports. The PIOs of the redundant passports will tell you what their cancellation procedure is.

Once the redundant passports have been cancelled, the PIOs will update the Central Equine Database. You will be able to check the  Free National ChipChecker which will show that only one passport remains.
