Digital Stable may not be able to automatically find your equines using your verified name and address. Help article:

In this case, you can add an equine to your Digital Stable if you have the equine's passport
If you choose to add an equine using its passport, Digital Stable will prompt you to enter the equine's details. You must enter the equine's details exactly as they are entered in the passport
Digital Stable will use these details to look up the equine on the Central Equine Database (CED). If your equine is found, we will ask your passport issuing organisation to update these details on your behalf
If Digital Stable still cannot find the equine from your passport details you have provided, please contact the passport issuing organisation directly using the contact details in the paper passport
