Digital Stable may not be able to automatically find your equines using your verified name and address. This is described in this help article:
In this case, you can add an equine to your Digital Stable if you possess the equine's passport.
If you choose to add an equine using its passport, Digital Stable will prompt you to enter the equine's details. You must enter the equine's details exactly as they are entered in the passport.
Digital Stable will use these details to look up the equine on the Central Equine Database (CED). You will now be able to request that your PIO make changes to these details.
If Digital Stable still cannot find the equine from your passport details, please contact your PIO directly.
